True North Polaris House provides transitional housing and resources for young adults aging out of foster care or who have experienced homelessness, setting them up for success through personalized support, life skills training, and financial readiness.

Our home is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood in North Boulder, offering privacy and normalcy for residents. Polaris House exclusively serves sober young adults who are either employed full-time, pursuing full-time education, or both.

Safe and stable housing
Affordable housing for young adults aged 16-21 at below-market rental rates.
Life Skills Coaching
One-on-one coaching and workshops on budgeting, cooking, job readiness, and more.
Educational Support
Scholarships and assistance for residents pursuing GEDs, college degrees, or vocational training.
Sober and Supportive Community
A safe and stigma-free environment where residents can focus on their growth.
Savings for Independence
Residents pay rent, half of which is saved and returned to them to assist with moving expenses when they transition to independent living.
